Product Discontinuation	Effective July 1, 2008 Hummingbird will discontinue support, development and sales of version 10 and lower for the product families: Exceed® HostExplorer® NFS Maestro™ Hummingbird FTP™ Hummingbird InetD™ Connectivity Secure Shell™ For customers with valid maintenance contracts that terminate after June 30, 2008, and who are still using version 10, Hummingbird will provide you with support for this version until the maintenance period expires. Product Discontinuation	Effective August 1, 2007 Hummingbird Connectivity will discontinue support for version 4.5 and lower of Exceed onDemand®. For customers who have a valid maintenance contract for Exceed onDemand 4.5 that terminate after July 31, 2007, Hummingbird Connectivity will provide you with support for this version, and should they still be in use, until the expiration of our contract. Upgrade Policy Pricing Change	Hummingbird Connectivity will no longer offer an upgrade path for 4 versions or more to bring them to the current shipping version. Pricing – One version back has increased from 15% to 25%.
